- 60ml The Writer's Gin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 6 Mint Leaves

The true origin story of the Southside Fizz remains a subject of debate, with some claiming it was invented by the infamous South Side gang in Chicago while others argue that it was first concocted at the Southside Sportsmen Club in New York. While the answer may forever elude us, one thing is for sure - this cocktail is a delicious blend of fresh lime, gin and a splash of soda, making it a refreshing tipple for any occasion.
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, and hard shake. Serve long over ice topped with soda and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
